Fournir un numéro de licence FFCO 2023 ou un certificat médical ou une copie lisible, portant la mention de « non contre-indication à la pratique du SPORT ou de la COURSE D’ORIENTATION, en compétition » datant de moins de 6 mois au jour de la compétition. Un modèle est disponible sur le site www.virkingraid.org.
OU le questionnaire de santé QR-sport à valider (avec réponses « NON » à toutes les questions) et d’avoir pris connaissance des 10 règles d’or édictées par le Club des Cardiologues du Sport.

Accessible dès 16 ans accompagné d'un adulte. Paiement uniquement par carte bancaire sur ce site sécurisé de notre banque partenaire le Crédit Mutuel.
